Order Questions
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t already shipped.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what now?
Let us know as soon as possible! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you. If it’s already on its way, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to redirect it.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey right to your door.

We currently ship within the U.S. If you're in the States, we’ve got you covered!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental U.S. It’s our way of saying thanks for shopping with us.
What if my package says “delivered” but I can’t find it?
First, check with neighbors or nearby spots where deliveries might be left. If it’s still missing after 2-3 business days, contact us, and we’ll help sort it out.
Returns & Concerns
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
Can I return an opened or used item?
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please double-check your selection before opening!
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Oops! If you receive something other than what you ordered, let us know right away. Send us a photo of the incorrect item, and we’ll make it right by sending you the correct one.
My item arrived damaged—what now?
We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit.
